Acceptable Use Policy for Vrisic AI Services

This policy applies to this website, our chat and voice assistants, and the AI systems we build or run. Our terms of service also apply.

On this website and with our assistants, do not

try to make our assistants reveal their instructions, give discounts, change their rules or produce harmful content;
send spam, automated traffic, malware or content you have no right to share;
share passwords, card numbers or sensitive personal data of yourself or others;
impersonate someone else or give someone else’s contact details without permission.

Anything on the EU AI Act list of prohibited practices, including manipulative or deceptive techniques that cause harm, exploiting people’s age, disability or circumstances, social scoring, predicting crime from profiling alone, untargeted scraping of facial images, emotion recognition at work or in education, biometric categorisation by sensitive traits, and real time remote biometric identification in public spaces.
Voice or video that imitates a real person without their clear consent, or deepfakes meant to mislead.
Tools for fraud, spam, phishing, harassment, surveillance of individuals without a lawful basis, or unlawful discrimination.
AI that hides that it is AI when talking to people.
Systems that make decisions about people’s jobs, credit, housing, insurance, education or health without human review and the notices the law requires.

Use it lawfully and as documented, and keep the human oversight steps in place.
Tell people when they are talking to AI, and label AI generated content where the law requires it.
Follow the usage policies of the AI model providers your system uses.
