Industry AI solutions built around the rules and systems of your sector
Every sector runs on its own systems, documents and rules. We build AI software around yours: the platform your team works in, the systems it connects to, the checks it must pass and the law it has to respect.
What are industry AI solutions?
Industry AI solutions are AI systems shaped around one sector’s workflows, software and rules, rather than general tools with an industry label. A clinic’s AI receptionist has to book into Dentrix and refuse clinical advice; a law firm’s intake agent has to prepare conflict checks and protect privilege. Vrisic builds AI solutions for industries including healthcare, real estate, law, ecommerce and home services, and for finance, logistics, education, hospitality and professional services firms.

Industry AI solutions built around your sector. The systems, documents and rules of each industry, already understood. Here is the problem. Generic tools ignore how your sector works. Each industry has its own data rules. And the same admin work in every office. Here is how it works. First, clinics: intake, scheduling and claims. Second, real estate: leads, viewings and contracts. Third, law firms: intake, review and drafting. And finally, ecommerce and home services: operations. What do you get? Built around your existing systems. Compliance considered from day one. You own what we build. Most industry projects start between $8,000 and $45,000. The easiest way to start is a $1,500 AI Pilot on your own data. You see a working version in ten business days, and the fee is credited to the full build. Book a free call, or message us on WhatsApp, at vrisic.com.
Five industries with their own AI solution pages
Each page covers use cases, the software we connect to, compliance notes and price ranges for that sector.
- 01
Healthcare and dental clinics
Clinics, dental practices and multi site groups use AI for patient calls, booking, reminders, intake forms, eligibility checks and billing follow up. The hard parts are integrating with systems such as Epic, athenahealth, Dentrix or Open Dental, and keeping the agent strictly administrative. Our page on AI for healthcare clinics covers the systems we build and how we work under HIPAA, NHS and UAE health data rules.
Best for: Medical, dental and allied health practices
- AI medical and dental receptionists
- Digital intake and eligibility checks
- BAA signed where patient data is involved
- 02
Real estate and property management
Brokerages, developers and property managers use AI to reply to portal leads within seconds, qualify buyers and tenants, book viewings and triage maintenance requests. Fair housing rules in the US and WhatsApp heavy buyers in Dubai change how these agents are designed. See AI for real estate teams for lead response, listing content and property management use cases.
Best for: Brokerages, developers and property managers
- Instant replies to Zillow, Rightmove and Property Finder leads
- Viewing booking by WhatsApp and phone
- Maintenance triage for property managers
- 03
Law firms
Law firms use AI for client intake, conflict check preparation, document review, clause search and first drafts for a lawyer to edit. Confidentiality and privilege decide the architecture: private deployments, no training on client data and complete audit trails. Our AI for law firms page explains intake agents, private legal search and exactly where the AI must stop.
Best for: Personal injury, immigration, family and corporate practices
- AI receptionist for law firm intake
- Private search over precedents and matters
- Drafts that a lawyer approves
- 04
Ecommerce and online retail
Online retailers use AI for order status and returns conversations, product advice based on live stock, catalogue enrichment and back office automation for refunds and supplier emails. Shopify, BigCommerce and Adobe Commerce integrations do most of the work. Read AI for ecommerce brands for support agents, product content and the guardrails that stop an agent promising a discount you never offered.
Best for: Direct to consumer brands and multi channel retailers
- Order, return and delivery questions answered
- Product copy and attributes at catalogue scale
- Refund rules enforced in code
- 05
Home services
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and cleaning companies lose jobs when calls go unanswered while the team is on site. AI receptionists answer every call, quote standard jobs from your price rules, book into ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro and alert the on call technician to emergencies. AI for home services companies covers call handling, dispatch support and review requests.
Best for: Trades businesses with a busy phone line
- AI receptionist for plumbers and HVAC teams
- Booking into field service software
- Emergency routing to on call staff
More sectors we build AI solutions for
No dedicated page yet, but the same services and the same care over rules apply.
Financial services
Wealth managers, lenders, insurers and fintechs use AI for document extraction from statements and applications, internal search over policies and product rules, and client letters that compliance reviews before sending.
Faster files with a full audit trail
Logistics and transport
Freight forwarders, carriers and 3PLs use AI to read rate requests, bills of lading and customs documents, answer shipment status questions from TMS data and triage exception emails before a coordinator touches them.
Less inbox work per shipment
Education and training
Universities, schools and training providers use AI for admissions enquiries, course advice drawn from the prospectus, internal policy search and marking support that keeps a teacher in charge of every grade.
Enquiries answered, staff time protected
Hospitality and travel
Hotels, restaurant groups and tour operators use AI for reservations by phone and WhatsApp, guest questions in several languages, group booking requests and review replies drafted in the brand’s voice.
More bookings captured out of hours
Professional services
Accounting, consulting, engineering and recruitment firms use AI to search past proposals and reports, draft standard documents, extract data from client files and automate onboarding paperwork.
Senior time spent on judgement
Government and semi government in the UAE
Entities ask for Arabic and English service assistants, internal knowledge search and document workflows hosted in the country, delivered within their procurement and information security requirements.
In country hosting, bilingual by design
Four problems every industry shares
Sector rules differ. The underlying problems are surprisingly similar, which is why the same services appear on every industry page.
Across clinics, brokerages, law firms and trades, the same four problems come up again and again in scoping calls. Naming them helps you see where AI fits in your business before you think about vendors or models.
- The first contact is missed or slow. Calls ring out, web leads wait until morning, WhatsApp messages sit unread. This is the job of voice AI agents and AI agents for chat and messaging, and it usually shows results fastest.
- Documents come in and data has to go out. Referral letters, bills of lading, contracts and invoices get read by a person and retyped into a system. AI workflow automation reads, extracts and checks, with a person reviewing the exceptions.
- Knowledge is scattered. Policies, precedents and product rules live in shared drives and in senior people’s heads. AI search with citations makes that knowledge answerable.
- The system of record gives no help. The CRM, EHR or ERP holds the data, but every decision still needs someone to look it up. AI integration brings the model into the tools staff already use.
What differs by industry is the edge of the system: which actions the AI may take, which words it must never say, which records it may never see and who approves what. A dental agent and a plumbing agent can share most of their code. The part that differs is where industry knowledge matters, and it is exactly where generic tools tend to fall short.
Where AI projects usually start in each industry
A starting point, not a rule. Your first project should follow your biggest bottleneck.
| Usual first project | System we connect to | Rule that shapes the design | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Healthcare | AI receptionist and booking | EHR or dental practice software | HIPAA, and no clinical advice |
| Real estate | Instant lead reply and viewing booking | CRM and listing portals | Fair housing and consent to contact |
| Law firms | Client intake agent | Practice management system | Confidentiality and privilege |
| Ecommerce | Order and returns support agent | Shopify or another commerce platform | Card data kept out of AI scope under PCI DSS |
| Home services | After hours AI receptionist | Field service software | TCPA consent for outbound calls and texts |
| Financial services | Document extraction with review | Core system or CRM | Record keeping and fair treatment of customers |
| Logistics | Email and document triage | TMS or ERP | Accuracy of customs data |

Industry AI compliance by region: US, UK and UAE
Laws follow the data and the customer, not the vendor. These are the rules we design around most often; your counsel has the final word.
United States
There is no single federal AI law, so sector rules do the work. HIPAA governs patient data, the Gramm Leach Bliley Act covers financial customer data, and the TCPA governs automated calls and texts; the FCC confirmed in 2024 that AI generated voices fall under it. State laws such as CCPA/CPRA add consumer rights.
- HIPAA and BAAs for healthcare
- GLBA Safeguards Rule for finance
- TCPA consent for outbound voice and SMS
- Fair Housing Act for property marketing
United Kingdom
UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply across sectors, with the ICO guidance on AI and data protection as the practical reference. Sector regulators add their own layer: the SRA for solicitors, the FCA for financial firms and NHS standards for health technology.
- DPIAs for higher risk processing
- SRA confidentiality duties for law firms
- FCA Consumer Duty for customer communications
- NHS DSPT and DTAC for health
United Arab Emirates
Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) covers most personal data onshore, while DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and ADGM’s regulations apply in those free zones. Health data falls under Federal Law No. 2 of 2019, which restricts storage outside the country. Arabic and English support is expected in every customer facing sector.
- Hosting in Azure UAE North or the AWS Middle East (UAE) region
- DIFC or ADGM rules where you are licensed
- Health data kept inside the UAE
- Arabic and English from the first release

Which industries does Vrisic build AI solutions for?
Vrisic builds AI solutions for healthcare and dental clinics, real estate, law firms, ecommerce and home services, each covered on its own page. We also work with financial services, logistics, education, hospitality, professional services firms and UAE government entities. The common thread is repeated work around calls, documents, knowledge and business systems, rather than any single sector.
Can you build AI for a sector you do not have a page for?
Yes. The industry pages cover the sectors with the most common requests, not the limit of what we build. If your work involves phone and message handling, document processing, internal knowledge or AI inside an existing system, the same services apply. In scoping we spend extra time on your rules and systems, and we tell you plainly if a sector specialist would serve you better.
Why choose an industry AI solution over a general AI tool?
A general AI tool knows language but not your sector’s systems, rules or edge cases. An industry AI solution books into your practice management software, refuses the advice your regulator forbids, uses your terminology and logs what your auditors need. General tools are fine for drafting and research; industry solutions suit work that touches customers, records and regulated decisions.
Which AI project should a service business start with?
Usually the one closest to revenue with the clearest before and after number. For clinics, trades and property firms that is often answering and booking every call or enquiry. For firms buried in paperwork it is document extraction with human review. Pick one task, measure the baseline for two weeks, then launch a narrow pilot and compare the numbers.
How do you keep industry AI inside sector regulations?
We list the laws and professional rules that apply during scoping, then design them in: which data the AI may see, which actions need human approval, what it must disclose and where data is stored. Those rules become test cases in the evaluation set. Your compliance or legal team reviews the data flow before launch, and every decision is documented.
Do you build AI for banks, insurers and fintechs?
Yes, mainly document extraction, internal search over policies and product rules, customer communication drafts and back office automation, all with human review and full audit trails. We do not build automated credit or claims decisions without a person in the loop. For regulated firms we work within your vendor management process and host in your own cloud account.
Do you work with UAE government and semi government entities?
Yes, within each entity’s procurement and information security rules. That typically means Arabic and English interfaces, hosting inside the UAE in regions such as Azure UAE North or the AWS Middle East (UAE) region, and alignment with the entity’s data classification standards. Where procurement requires a locally registered supplier, we work alongside one.
Do you reuse one client’s work for another client in the same industry?
We reuse our own general know how and open source components, never a client’s data, prompts, evaluation sets or code. Each client owns what we build for them, and confidentiality terms in our contracts prevent sharing. What carries over is experience, such as knowing where integrations break and which rules need tests, which makes later projects in a sector faster.
