Refund and cancellation policy

AI Pilot

• Cancel before kickoff: full refund.
• If we cannot start within 10 business days of your payment for reasons on our side: full refund on request.
• After kickoff the fee is not refundable, because the engineering work has started and you keep everything it produces. A “no go” result is a valid outcome and is not a reason for a refund.
• If we cancel the pilot for any reason: full refund.

Projects

• Projects are paid by milestone, as set in your signed proposal.
• A milestone paid in advance and not yet started is refundable if you cancel before work on it begins.
• Work already delivered or in progress is not refundable, and you keep what has been delivered once it is paid.
• If we cannot deliver an agreed milestone, we refund the amount paid for that milestone.

Support and maintenance plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. We do not refund past months, and there are no cancellation fees.

How to ask for a refund

Email us with your invoice number and the reason. We confirm within 5 business days, and approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank, card or currency conversion charges made by your bank are not refundable by us. Your rights under the consumer law of your country are not affected.
